PUBG Mobile Lite 0.14.1 update brings new maps, weapons 2019

Tencent Games has started rolling out the new 0.14.1 update for the Lite version of popular battle royale game PUBG Mobile. The game update is set to bring new Lite exclusive map, new season details, new game mode, weapons along with several other bug fixes and gameplay improvements. The update is available for download on both Android and iOS version of the game via respective app stores.

With the update, the PUBG Mobile Lite has received a new exclusive map called Golden Woods. According to the company, the Golden Woods map offers a tight battleground setting that provides small towns to loot and shoot in, along with unique shrubbery for intense combat scenarios.

The update also includes a new ranked season that is set to go live starting October 1. Along with this, there’s a new Achievement System in which players can unlock new rewards by completing the new challenges in the mission.

  

Apart from this, there’s a new Tile system that now shows the players skills to the community.

Tencent Games has also added a new game mode called Firefight: War Mode of RPG-7. The update also brings some of the weapons and vehicles from the original version of the game. The PUBG Mobile Lite now gets a selection of new weapons, which includes PP-19, QBZ and QBU along with the UAZ vehicle.

 Apart from this, the update also brings several bug fixes for issues like sorting issue under the event interface and display bug issue in the maps. There are several gameplay improvements as well.
